Our Easter holidays are from Wednesday 28th March up to Thursday 5th April. We will start school again on Friday 6th April.

Possessive nouns
A possessive noun shows a relationship of belonging between one thing and another. To form the possessive, add apostrophe + s to the noun. If the noun is plural, just add an apostrophe after the s.

Team building game
This is one of the games done during our PE lesson of last Thursday. At first they thought it was going to be very difficult when I showed them what they had to do, but once everyone started to work together they managed to do it perfectly and easily.
Well done for your co-operation between yourselves. You are an example to many grownups, you are showing that no matter where you come from we are all the same and at the same time different. But the most important thing is that we can work together as one team.

Merit Day

Common and proper nouns
The important thing to remember is that common nouns are general names. Thus, they are not capitalized unless they begin a sentence or are part of a title. Proper nouns, those that name specific things, do require capitalization.
